The Company has been notified that on 6 April 2011, Alex Bevis, Finance Director of the Company, acquired 6,554 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") beneficially held by him at a price of 227.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Bevis' beneficial interest in the Company is 6,554 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
