Bidtimes Plc has today been notified that Ocean Park Developments Limited, a company wholly owned by Nigel Brent Fitzpatrick, Non Executive Director of Bidtimes Plc, today acquired 125,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.70p per share.  

Following this purchase Nigel Brent Fitzpatrick has a total beneficial interest in 1,034,599 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
