Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 27 June 2011:

Mr C F A Cooper a non-executive Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited purchased 3,550 shares at GBP 13.60p per Ordinary Share

Following this transaction, Mr. C F A Cooper's total beneficial holding in the Company is 46,450 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.131 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
