Nature of transaction: All participants in the Korbitec ARs plan have exercised their vested options in the share-based incentive plan and received Naspers N ordinary shares in settlement of the gain made on exercising the options. The Korbitec ARs plan is now left with 1 794 Naspers N ordinary shares as unallocated to any participant and therefore disposed of these shares. All participants had exited the Korbitec ARs plan.
