Latchways plc ("the Company") announces that it has been informed that, on 8th January 2009, David Hearson, Director, bought 10,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 420 pence each.
Following this purchase, Mr Hearson and his wife now hold 318,043 Ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.86% of the current issued ordinary share capital.
