The Company was today notified that Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Officer, transferred a total of 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 4.758p per Ordinary Share to his personal ISA.

Following the above transaction Mr. Laurier remains beneficially interested in 23,424,510 Ordinary Shares, as previously announced on 12 July 2016, representing approximately 15.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
