Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed that today Sir Peter Gershon, the Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) at a price of 510.00 pence per Share on the London Stock Exchange. Sir Peter Gershon now holds an interest in a total of 137,399 Shares in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
