Allergy Therapeutics plc (AIM: AGY), the fully integrated speciality pharmaceutical company specialising in allergy vaccines, was informed on 29th March 2011 that Dr Virinder Nohria, a non-executive director, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 29th March 2011 at a price of 8.6p per Ordinary Share.

Following this share purchase Dr Nohria holds 512,160 Ordinary Shares representing 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
