18 September 2009 Corero PLC ("Corero" or "the Group") Director's Shareholding

The Company announces that Peter Waller, Executive Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Corero, representing 0.33 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company, at a price of 38 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Waller holds a total of 15,600 ordinary shares, equivalent to 1.03 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
