iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), a leading international provider of third-party integrated business process solutions, announces that it has today been notified that EICR (Cyprus) Limited has,on 1 October 2014 bought 21,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Anil Aggarwal, the Company's chief executive officer has a beneficial interest in EICR (Cyprus) Limited as he is the ultimate shareholder of EICR (Cyprus) Limited.
Following this purchase, EICR (Cyprus) Limited holds and Anil Aggarwal has a beneficial interest in 120,076,144 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 78.48 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
In accordance with the relationship agreement entered into by the company, EICR (Cyprus) Limited , Mr Aggarwal and others at the time of IPO, this transaction was entered into at arms length and on commercial terms. The transaction represents continued confidence of EICR (Cyprus) Limited in the Company.
