Directors' and PDMR interests in shares

Marshalls plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 18 June 2009 that the Trustee of the Company's HM Revenue & Customs approved share purchase plan ("the Plan"), Yorkshire Building Society, purchased ordinary shares of 25 pence each on behalf of the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility on 17 June 2009, to be held in accordance with the rules of the Plan. The shares were purchased at a price of 87.25 pence per share.
