Director's purchase of shares

The Company announces that it has received notification today that on 23 August 2012 Robert De Barr, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 22.5 pence per Ordinary Share .

Following the Purchase, Mr. De Barr is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.010% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
