The Company was notified on 14 January 2013 that on 10 January 2013, Martin Towers, Chairman, purchased 3,993 shares at a price of 15.2p and that his wife, Mrs Emma Towers, purchased 2,286 shares at a price of 15.24p. Both purchases were made via their respective self-invested personal pension schemes administered by Hargreaves Lansdown. Martin Towers' beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 713,635 ordinary shares of 1p each.
