Director/PDMR Shareholding

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).

The Company was notified today that David Gray, a Non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 32.5p per share. As a result of this transaction David Gray has a notifiable interest of 25,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified today that on the 16 July 2009 Robert Paterson, a manager of the Company sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares at 24p per share and his wife also sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares at 24p per share. As a result of this transaction Robert Paterson and his connected parties are interested in 2,357,574 Ordinary Shares representing 4.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
