The Company has been notified today that on 26 October 2008, the Chairman, Mr Jacques-Gaston Murray, transferred his entire controlling interest in Tristar Fire Corporation in equal proportion to two trusts; the Jean-Jacques Murray Trust and the Jean-Pierre Murray Trust.  Accordingly these two trusts are now the ultimate controlling parties of Tristar Fire Corporation and subsequently the ultimate controlling parties of the Company. 

Tristar Fire Corporation has a beneficial interest in 2,256,033 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and continues to control EOI Fire SARL, which in turn has a beneficial interest in 9,861,954 Ordinary Shares. Therefore Tristar Fire Corporation has a beneficial interest in 12,117,987 Ordinary Shares representing 98.56% of the Company's issued share capital. 

As a result of this transaction, the beneficial interest of Mr Jacques-Gaston Murray has decreased from 12,117,987 to 0 Ordinary Shares.
