Nasstar plc, the hosted desktop cloud computing provider, announces that on 03 February 2011 Tony Eve, Nasstar's Finance Director, purchased 71,724 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 14.5p per share. As a result Tony Eve now holds 313,652 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 0.83% of the issued share capital.
