Grant of share options
System C announces that, pursuant to the System C Healthcare plc Company Share Option Plans (the "CSOP"), the Company has today granted the following directors of the Company options over a total of 1,441,566 ordinary shares of 1p each as detailed below:

All of these options are subject to the achievement of performance criteria as determined by the Remuneration Committee, and as required under the rules of the CSOP.
