The Company was notified on 10 March 2016 that Rob Woodward, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has on 10 March 2016 bought 7,500 Ordinary Shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 196.5p per share.
Following this, Mr Woodward is interested in 11,959 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
