PureCircle, the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces that it was notified on 21 March 2016 that Ms Tiah O.S., a PDMR, sold 5,000 ordinary shares of US 0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £4.15 per Ordinary Share on 18 March 2016.
Following this transaction, Ms. Tiah has an interest in 32,640 Ordinary Shares and 55,414 options over Ordinary Shares in the Company.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
