Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday by Zoe Morgan, a director of the Company, of her purchase of 2,356 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 95.42 pence per Ordinary Share, and a further 10,837 Ordinary Shares at a price of 94.34 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase Zoe Morgan and her connected persons have an interest in 76,897 Ordinary Shares which represent 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
