The Company announces that, Peter Dunscombe, a Director of the Company, purchased 1,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company. Catherine Dunscombe, a person connected to Peter Dunscombe, also purchased 1,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company. The transactions took place on 4 April 2014 at a price of £10.1836 per share.

Peter Dunscombe now has an interest in 2,000 Ordinary shares representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights (37,324,698) in the Company.
