Driver Group plc, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, was notified on 4 November 2016, that on that date, David Webster, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 190,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his private account into his SIPP. Following this transfer, Mr Webster's total beneficial shareholding in the capital of the Company remains unchanged at 2,852,088 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.00 per cent. of the voting share capital of Driver Group.
