Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive of the Company, has today acquired 24,579 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 27.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this deal, Gavin Oldham personally holds 17,378,042 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 12% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) and, together with his concert parties, holds 109,327,447 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 76.1% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
