Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed that today Sir Peter Gershon, the Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 7,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) at a price of 544.00 pence per Share on the London Stock Exchange. Sir Peter Gershon now holds an interest in a total of 123,006 Shares in the Company.
