MONEYSUPERMARKET.COM GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY")

On 10 September 2018, the LTIP awards made on 10 September 2015 under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC LTIP vested following partial achievement of the performance criteria, with 68.37% of the LTIP awards vesting for nil consideration.
