Croma Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 04 April 2011 that Sebastian Morley, a Director of the Company, today bought 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company at 2 pence each.
Following this transaction Mr Morley has an interest in 24,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.78% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has 189,337,805 Ordinary Shares in issue.
