The company has been informed that due to the change in capital gains tax William Stobart, Chief Operating Officer of Stobart Group Limited (the "Company"), sold 750,000 ordinary shares on 22 June 2010 at 145 pence per share.
William Stobart also transferred a total of 340,368 shares to Helen Stobart on 22 June 2010.
Following these transactions William Stobart remains interested in 10,000,231 shares, representing 3.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
