The Company was notified on Monday 22 December 2014 that on 19 December 2014 Mr Carl-Friedrich Wayand purchased 5,265 shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 316.5p each.

Following this transaction, Mr Wayand holds a total interest in the issued share capital of the Company of 94,349 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
