The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that Jonathan Houlton, Finance Director of the Company, notified the Company that today he had acquired 1,913 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via a Dividend Re-Investment Plan operated by the Company's Share Registrar, Capita Registrars. The shares were purchased at a price of £1.74 per share. Following the purchase Mr Houlton has a beneficial interest in 46,892 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1414% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
