Creightons PLC31 March 2006 CREIGHTONS PLC DIRECTOR'S DEALING The board of Creightons plc (the "Company") was informed that Bernard Johnson, adirector of the Company, yesterday transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares in theCompany, representing approximately 3.69 per cent. of the Company's issued sharecapital, from his self-invested pension plan to his own name. Bernard Johnson's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 3,744,569 ordinaryshares representing approximately 6.90 per cent. of the Company's issued sharecapital remains unchanged.
