Tawa plc ('the Company') has been informed today that David Vaughan, an executive director of Tawa plc, transferred 880,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Elizabeth Vaughan, today by way of gift transfer. Following the transfer, David Vaughan's beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at 880,000 ordinary shares representing 0.78% of the Company's issued share capital.
