Following thistransaction, David Ross owns a total of 1,992,273 shares, representing 13.52% ofthe current issued share capital of the Company. Hanover Investors purchased 216,812 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at a price of354 pence per share. Following this transaction, Hanover Investors owns a totalof 2,178,726 shares, representing 14.79% of the current issued share capital ofthe Company.
