Rio Tinto voluntarily notifies London Stock Exchange (LSE) of directors' interests in the securities of Rio Tinto Limited and changes to those interests, as disclosed to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), in compliance with the ASX Listing Rules and the Australian Corporations Act.

On 11 May 2016 Rio Tinto Limited notified the ASX of the following transaction for Michael L'Estrange in compliance with the ASX Listing Rule 3.19A and as agent for the director, for the purposes of section 205G of the Australian Corporations Act:

This takes Mr L'Estrange's holding to 2,003 shares in Rio Tinto Limited.
