Director's Shareholding

Longships plc ("Longships" or the "Company") announces that on 21 December, Nathan Steinberg, a director of the Company, transferred 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company into his Self-Invested Personal Pension account ("SIPP") at a price of 2.88 pence per ordinary share. Following the transfer, there is no change to Mr Steinberg's beneficial holding in the Company, which remains at 1,878,500 ordinary shares, representing 2.76% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Steinberg holds his entire interest in the Company through his SIPP.
