The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 8 January 2013 that on that date Peter Batchelor, Finance Director, transferred 105,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("Shares") to a Self-Invested Personal Pension plan of which he is the sole beneficiary. The transfer does not represent a change in Mr Batchelor's beneficial interest in the Company which remains at 830,001 Shares (representing 0.92% of the Company's total voting rights).
