Director Shareholding

Tribal Group plc ("the Company") has been notified of the following purchase of ordinary shares in the Company.

On 16 August 2011, Sandra Ball, the wife of non-executive director Simon Ball, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 47p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which Mr Ball and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 100,000 or 0.1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
