Access Intelligence PLC09 August 2006 Access Intelligence plc ("Access Intelligence" or "the Company") The Board of Access Intelligence announces that it has today been notified thatBrendan Austin, Chief Executive of Access Intelligence, has agreed to thetransferal of ownership of 1,248,563 of his holding of ordinary shares of 0.5peach in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his former wife as part of a divorcesettlement. The former Mrs. Austin has agreed to be bound by an orderly market agreement.She will only dispose of those shares transferred to her by utilising theservices of Corporate Synergy Plc or a similar broker chosen by Brendan Austin. As a result, Brendan Austin is now interested in 2,923,315 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting approximately 3.79 per cent. of the issued share capital of theCompany.
