SciSys PLC08 November 2006 SCISYS PLC ("SciSys" or "the Company") Directors' Shareholdings On 7 November 2006, upon the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee ofSciSys, Simon Mark HAMPSON as Chief Executive Officer of SciSys and StephenBRIGNALL as a Director of SciSys received share awards over 59,739 and 11,946ordinary shares of 25p each in SciSys respectively. The awards were made usingthe SciSys Executive Share Ownership Plan (the "Share Ownership Plan"). Theawards were priced at 84.5p, the closing price on 6 November 2006 according tothe Stock Exchange Daily Official List. The Share Ownership Plan enables the Directors to benefit only from the futuregrowth in the value of the Ordinary Shares above 84.5p. They may not normallyrealise any such benefit for three years and the vesting will be subject tomeeting certain performance criteria linked to the earnings growth of theCompany.
