Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 5 September 2013 TMT was informed that MacMillan, a company controlled by the Company's senior managers German Kaplun and Alexander Morgulchik, had acquired 600,000 TMT shares, representing approximately 2.42% of the Company's share capital. As a result, MacMillan now owns 4,599,000 shares of TMT, representing 18.55% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
