Tate & Lyle PLC (the ‘Company’) has been informed that Marian Murphy, wife of Dr Gerry Murphy, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) on 10 February 2017 at a purchase price of 716.86 pence per share.
