Director Shareholding 

Cavanagh Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 4 January 2010 that on that day, Mr Simon Redgrove, Managing Director of the Company, transferred 4,055 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 54 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Mr Redgrove. As a result of this transaction Mr Redgrove remains interested in 2,170,754 Ordinary Shares representing 18.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
