The Company announces that it was notified on 19 August 2015 that Pieter Totté, Executive Chairman, purchased 92,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 August 2015 at a price of 56.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Pieter Totté is beneficially interested in 2,716,124 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.89% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
