The Company was notified today by the following Directors and PDMR of the Company of the exercise of 832,955 options at nil cost per ordinary share of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"), being 413,776 Ordinary Shares granted under the Moss Bros Group 2009 LTIP plan and 419,179 Ordinary Shares granted under the deferred bonus element of the 2012/13 Annual Bonus Scheme.
The Company was also today notified by the following Directors and PDMR of the Company of the sale of 1,252,244 Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.0p pence per Ordinary Share.
