Director's Share Transfer

Ambrian Capital plc (AIM: AMBR) announces the following transfer of ordinary shares in the Company by Tom Gaffney, Chief Executive. There is no change in Mr Gaffney's beneficial shareholding in the Company as a result of the transfer.

On 1 April 2010, Mr Gaffney sold 650,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 31p a share and on the same day 650,000 ordinary shares were purchased at 31p a share by Mr Gaffney's Self Invested Personal Pension account held in a L&C Pensions SIPP.
