Director Shareholding

Tribal Group plc ("the Company") has today been notified of the following purchase of ordinary shares in the Company.

On 29 June 2011, Sandra Ball, the wife of non-executive director Simon Ball, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 50p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which Mr Ball and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 50,000 or 0.05% of the Company's total issued share capital.
