Brammer plc was notified on 16 December 2009 that Mr John Veale purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at £1.1982 per share on 16 December 2009.

Following this purchase, Mr Veale now holds an interest in 68,186 ordinary shares of the Company representing 0.064% of the issued share capital of the Company.
