Sean Tracey purchased 840,000 ordinary shares at 32p.

Director / PDMR shareholding 

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 2 October 2008, Claude Littner purchased 840,000 ordinary shares at 32p and Sean Tracey purchased 840,000 ordinary shares at 32p. Following this Mr. Littner holds a total of 4,784,506 ordinary shares, representing 5.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Mr. Tracey holds a total of 3,276,271 ordinary shares, representing 4.00 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
