Director's Dealings

The following amendment has been made to the 'Director's Dealing' announcement released on 29 December 2014 at 16.45 under RNS No 8638A.

The 6 million Ordinary Shares, although traded at par, were therefore valued at £30,000 (amounting to 0.5 pence per such Ordinary Share).

 All other details remain unchanged.

The Company was informed on 24 December 2014 that on 22 December 2014 Christopher Nightingale, the Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred a total of 6 million ordinary shares of nil par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at par in order to settle a personal loan amounting to £30,000. The 6 million Ordinary Shares, although traded at par, were therefore valued at £30,000 (amounting to 0.5 pence per such Ordinary Share).

Following this disposal, Christopher Nightingale is now beneficially interested in 920,000,666 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 37.35% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
