Director/PDMR Shareholding Replacement

The original announcement stated that Michael Rogers notified Mears Group PLC of his share sale on 26 March 2015 when it should have read 26 June 2015. All other details remain unchanged and the amended announcement is shown in full below.

The Company was notified on 26 June 2015 that Michael Rogers, non-executive director, sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 421.25 pence per share. Following the transaction Mr. Rogers continues to have an interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares.
