NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Quarto announces that it has today received notice that Marcus Leaver, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 4,000 shares of common stock of $0.10 each ('Shares') in Quarto at a price of 150p per share on 24 December 2014.

Following this transaction Mr Leaver holds 14,000 Shares representing 0.07% of Quarto's issued share capital.
